You have heard about many revolutions and know that every human being needs a revolution to evolve. But did you know why? According to Carl Jung, every individual is in need of a revolution, which consists of a few stages: destruction, breakthrough, and reconstruction. While there are no shortcuts, this process is needed for gradual self-development and long-term change.
It is said that the only reason for a revolution is so we may expand our minds and become more knowledgeable. The revolution that one needs to undergo is a meaningful journey. This should not be a process of undoing and removal, but a process of adding and integrating the different parts of ourselves; our direct experiences with the world, our reactions to said experiences, and then finally our understandings.
How we approach this process is up to each individual; certain people will have to go through different obstacles than others. Each person has his/her own unique set of circumstances that they will have to overcome (or succumb to) in order to succeed as well.
